Um dos mais importantes prêmios musicais do Reino Unido, o NME Music Awards divulgou durante a semana a lista de indicados, que tem os irmãos Gallagher e seu Oasis puxando a fila com 7 indicações entre os piores e melhores.
Entre os melhores do ano, a banda de Manchester está indicada nas categorias Melhor Show, Melhor Álbum, Melhor Banda Britânica, Melhor Blog de Banda, Herói do Ano e Mais Bem Vestido, personificado por Liam Gallagher.
Mas a banda também foi indicada a faturar o prêmio de pior banda do ano, uma tradicional brincadeira da premiação do NME.
“Sete indicações ein? Só isso?” disparou o guitarrista em entrevista ao semanário. “Eu sempre soube que minha hora chegaria no quesito mais bem vestido do mundo.”
A premiação, que vai homenagera os ingleses do The Cure pelo conjunto de sua obra, acontece no próximo dia 25 de fevereiro, na Brixton Academy.
